Choose 64 bit Office if you are sure all your add ins are 64 bit compatible, some apps that might have add ins for Office might not work with 64 bit versions of Word and Excel. If you work with large data sets in Excel or apps like Microsoft Access and you are running a 64 bit version of Windows 10, then you should probably go with the 64 bit version of Office. Personally, I have been running 64 bit versions of Office since and I have little to no issues with it.
